10. Order of Merit
An applicant that is successful at each stage of the selection process and is deemed suitable at interview will be placed on the order of merit.
An applicant’s position on the order of merit will be determined via scores achieved throughout the selection process.
Offers of employment on future recruit courses will be drawn from the order of merit.
An applicant’s position on the order of merit will fluctuate as people are offered employment, withdraw their application or new applicants are added to the order of merit.
