Unit fire in Mill Park deemed suspicious.

The fire originated in the lounge room before spreading to the remainder of the single storey brick unit.

The premise including the contents have been severely damaged by fire with both occupants of the unit escaping uninjured.
It is unknown at this stage if smoke alarms were fitted to the unit. 
The fire was brought under control in around 25 minutes with breathing apparatus in operation.
The cause of the fire has been deemed to be of a suspicious nature and one of the occupants is assisting police with their investigations.
