USAR operators attend truck into house in Reservoir

Structure now secured and being handed over to Council

Just after 9.30am this morning MFB Crews were despatched to an incident involving a truck into a house in High Street, Reservoir.

Arriving on scene additional resources were requested, including specialist MFB USAR operators, who assisted with making the property structure safe.

Crews remain on scene and the Darebin council building surveyor is also in attendance, with the scene in the process of being handed back to the council to manage.

16 firefighers and five appliances attended the incident.
