Suspicious house in Doncaster East.

The vacant house was to be auctioned this Saturday. Approximately fifty thousand dollars damage was caused after the fire earlier this morning.

The fire in the single storey, brick veneer home has been deemed to be of a suspicious nature and Victoria Police Arson Squad will investigate. 
The blaze started in the kitchen area and spread into the roof and sub floor via the internal wall spaces. MFB firefighters donned breathing apparatus to fight the fire and no injuries were recorded.
Approximately 18 firefighters attended the blaze.
