Strategic and Business Plans

Sharing Emergency Management Victoria's vision of "safer and more resilient communities", MFB is actively engaged in helping shape and contribute to this outcome through our own MFB Plan.

The five strategic themes frame the 24 strategic initiatives that provide focus and direction for our program of work for this financial year that will ultimately deliver safety and efficiency outcomes for MFB, the community and our sector.
