MFB attends house fire in Pascoe Vale South

Occupants accounted for and fire under control

Just before 5am today MFB received a fire call to a house fire in Eastgate Street.

Arriving on scene shortly after, firefighters in breathing apparatus attacked the blaze internally, which had spread through the house and roof.

Four adults and one child were accounted for and sustained no injuries.

The fire was brought under control before 6am and six appliances and 20 firefighters were on scene.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
