MFB attends house fire in Nunawading

Fire brought under control in approximately 30 minutes

Just before 8pm tonight MFB received fire calls to a house fire in Nunawading.

Arriving on scene they found the single storey brick house well alight.

Quick action by the crews contained the fire predominantly to the front half of the house.

It took approximately 30 minutes for 20 firefighters to bring the fire under control.

The cause of the fire will be investigated.
