Four escape house fire in Sunshine North.

A power outage alerted the occupants that something was wrong.

Upon investigation it was discovered that a fire was raging in the front portion of the house. 

The four occupants escaped unhurt and notified the fire brigade.

Firefighters contained the fire to the front section of the house which included the roof.

Fire crews remained on scene overnight and fire investigators will attend in this morning.

Approximately 25 firefighters attened.
