Crews were called to a home on Graham St at 2:35am this morning.

Firefighters arrived to find the single-storey weatherboard house fully involved.

Crews were unable to enter the home due to the fire's intensity.

Firefighters implemented asbestos safety procedures and worked to protect adjacent properties.

The father and three children living at the house had already self-evacuated when crews arrived.

The blaze was under control in 90 minutes and the house was destroyed.

It is believed the fire began in the kitchen and MFB fire investigators will attend to determine the cause.

Victoria Police and Ambulance Victoria crews also assisted on scene.
