11 Dec 2016
MFB firefighters have spent the early evening battling a fire which broke out in a Deepdene house.

Neighbours spotted a large amount of smoke billowing from the Whitehorse Road property and raised the alarm at 6pm.
A high fuel load at the property made access difficult for crews.
It took 25 firefighters about 30 minutes to bring the fire under control.
The cause of the blaze will be investigated.
