Clayton house fire

MFB firefighters have spent the evening battling a house fire in Clayton.

Crews were called to the address in Wellington Road about 7.45pm and arrived to find the home engulfed in flames.

All occupants evacuated but one person was injured in the incident.

Firefighters managed to get the incident under control within 40 minutes.

The cause of the fire will be investigated.
