Workplace Emergency Management and Training

Owners, managers and employees of all businesses, whether large or small, need to be prepared and capable of managing emergencies.

Incidents can occur at any time, affecting staff, business, or even the surrounding community with potentially devastating results.

Proper emergency management planning will reduce the risk of such incidents occurring and give you more effective control of the outcomes.

The MFB Workplace Emergency Management (WEM) Department has been established to assist the Commercial Community with developing such a workplace.

Expert advice can be obtained by contacting the Workplace Emergency Management and Training Department (WEM) on 1300 668 006 or wem@mfb.vic.gov.au
