Introduction

The Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board (MFB) Diversity Development Framework (DDF) is an overarching framework that outlines the MFB’s intention and commitment to create an inclusive and accessible organisation that delivers inclusive and accessible services to everyone in the Metropolitan Fire District.

The DDF was endorsed by the Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board in April 2008.
