Internal support structures
The DDF and Action Plans will be monitored and evaluated through the MFB’s Diversity Management Committee (DMC).
The DMC will have clearly defined terms of reference and will involve Directors and senior managers from key MFB departments with major responsibility for implementation of action plans.
The DMC will be chaired by the Chief Executive Officer and will be serviced by the Diversity Development Department (DDD).
The UFU will be invited to nominate a representative onto the DMC.
