About Us

Implementation, accountability and monitoring

The DDF is implemented through four action plans developed in consultation with internal and external stakeholders and for a three year period.

The action plans incorporate the commitments made across the organisation to fulfil the plans’ objectives.

The commitments made by various directorates are linked to timelines and performance indicators.

Accountability for meeting the commitments outlined in the plans rests with the relevant Director.

It is expected that commitments made in each of the plans are also featured in respective directorate’s annual business plan and that Directors with responsibilities that impact on diversity outcomes will have diversity as key performance indicator in their performance plans.

Progress on implementation of the action plans will be monitored through regular meetings of the Diversity Management Committee and reported on regular basis to EMT, the Board and in the MFB Annual Report.
