About Us

Action Plans

The DDF will be implemented according to four distinct action plans:

  • A Disability Action Plan
  • A Reconciliation Action Plan
  • A Multicultural Action Plan
  • A Gender Inclusion Action Plan

While the next three years will focus on the four key areas of diversity mentioned above, the MFB’s work will continue to be incremental and further areas of diversity will be addressed in the future.

Each of the diversity plans will be developed in response to the two main goals and a number of strategies.
