Diversity

The MFB is committed to diversity and has established a department to focus on indigenous, multicultural, disability and gender matters.

Policies, research and strategies are developed by the department, which works in partnership with government and the community.

The work on diversity in the MFB is guided by the Diversity Development Framework (2008-2011), and actioned through the four 'Action Plans' detailed below:
